Oklahoma: CAIR Says State Referendum To Ban Any Us Of Shariah Law Is "Islamophobic"

It's not Islamophobic.  there have been several instances where Judges and the Courts have tried to implement Shariah law in cases, and they have been struck down each time, so far.  We also have Obama Regime officials who advocate the use of foreign law in deciding cases, and we have a new Supreme Court Justice who advocated for Shariah Law while she was the Dean of Harvard Law School.  Shariah is directly opposed to our Constitution and our values, and our freedoms, and our Rights.

OKLAHOMA: CAIR says State referendum to ban any use of Shari’a law is ‘Islamophobic’


On Nov. 2nd, Oklahoma voters will weigh in on a controversial constitutional amendment that would forever ban the use of Shari’a (Islamic) Law in Oklahoma courts.

JK Alam of the Terrorist Front Group CAIR says, “This amendment will create a sense of fear, a sense of Islamophobia in the community, which is really not ethical.” Alam believes the prospect of Sharia Law ever being recognized here is laughable.
