12:10 PM (10 hours ago)Flashback: Pelosi Gets Rude With Reporter Who Confronts Her About Constitutionality of Obamacare (Audio)from Gateway Pundit by Jim HoftDo you remember this?

In October CNS Newsasked House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) where the Constitution authorized Congress to order Americans to buy health insurance–a mandate included in both the House and Senate versions of the health care bill.

In typical fashion, Pelosi dismissed the question by saying:

“Are you serious? Are you serious?”

Yes, Nancy he was serious.

So was U.S. District Court Judge Henry E. Hudson when he ruled today that the federal mandate in Obamacare is unconstitutional
