What A Federal Judge Said About The U.S. House And Its Members In Declaring DOMA Un-Constitutional

From ADF:

What a Federal judge said about the U.S. House and its members in declaring DOMA unconstitutional

This legal memorandum by attorneys at The Catholic University Columbus Law School Marriage Law Project was forwarded to House Speaker Boehner. The memo concludes: “DOMA has been struck down because a federal judge has declared that Members of Congress are ignorant, foolish, bigoted liars. How will the House respond?” The memo was sent along with this letter signed by Law Professor Robert A. Destro and Research Fellow Lincon C. Oliphant.
